The dreadful road work anticipated construction has begun on Northeast 2nd avenue in Miami Shores. The signs and debris make it official. The work is supposed to be completed in approximately 18 months. Read Miami Shores Redevelopment Project Update to get more details. The Miami Shores community has been working on this for over 9 years. Once completed it will encourage new businesses and will, amongst other things, help Miami Shores Real Estate.. So, should we celebrate now or wait until it’s done?
