Miami Shores Homes – Real Estate Market Report


There are currently 43 Miami Shores homes for sale: (2 more than last month)

  • Highest priced listing is $3,395,000 (9215 N. Bayshore Dr – pictured above)
  • Lowest priced listing is $239,000 (217 NW 91 St)
  • Pending Sales (Properties under contract): 44 (3 less than last month)
  • Closed sales in May:  30 (9 more than last month)
