UPDATE:  Bosh has lowered the price of his home to $15,950,000!! That’s a reduction of over $2 Million!!  Based on his purchase price of $12.3 – he’s still ahead of the game.  The ultra-luxury market has slowed down quite a bit in Miami with an over supply.  My guess is that there’s still room to negotiate. Back in 2010, we told you that Chris Bosh had bought a hot Miami Beach home for $12.3 Million – guess what? He is now selling it for $18 Million!!

That’s a whooping 46% appreciation in 7 years if it sells for $18M – It would be the best slam dunk in Bosh’s career if it sells for that much! We are rooting for you Chris!!
