Miami is full of hot rides and they are not all on land – and who said you can’t get pulled over on a boat? This image totally cracks me up and happens very often inside Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach. In this instance, the boater was speeding through a manatee zone and got snagged by a boat patrol. You can see the driver pointing at something as to avoid the ticket…..but I’m pretty sure he got one!
