Paramount Bay Condos Real Estate Market Report

There are currently 26 Paramount Bay Condos for sale:  (6 more than last month)

  • Highest priced listing is unit 4702 for $4,600,000 (4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms)
  • Lowest priced listing is unit 2108 for $690,000 (2 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms)
  • Pending Sales (properties under contract): 7
  • Closed sales in November: 1

The Paramount Bay condo sold in November was unit 1505 which was originally listed in May for $750,000, had several price reductions, and finally sold for $665,000 at $580 per square foot which is higher than the average price per square foot we reported in our last Paramount Bay Condo report of $571.
