There are currently 31 Paramount Bay Condos for sale: (1 less than last month)

• Highest priced listing is unit PH4602 $4,899,000 (4 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom Artefacto premier designer unit)
• Lowest priced listing is unit 1209 for $780,000 (1 bedroom / 2 bathrooms)
• Pending Sales (properties under contract): 7 (3 more than last month)
• Closed sales in November: 4 (1 more than last month)

The Paramount Bay Condos sold in November 2014 were the following:

• unit 3105 – 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom residence with 1,147 sq.ft. of living space – originally listed for $800,000 in April of 2014, reduced to $779,000 and selling for $730,000 ($636/sq.ft.)
• unit 1008 – 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom residence with 1,214 sq.ft. of living space – originally listed for $850,000 in June of 2014, reduced to $839,900 and selling for $790,000 ($651/sq.f.t)
• unit 2907 – 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom residence with 1,803 sq.ft. of living space – originally listed for $1,499,000 in April of 2014, reduced to $1,450,000 and selling for $1,290,000 ($715/sq.ft.)
• unit 2902 –  3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom residence with 2,201 sq.ft. of living space – listed for $2 Million in August and selling for $1,900,000 ($863/sq.ft.)

The average price per square foot in November was $716, compared to

• October’s average of $690
• September’s average of $609
• 2013’s average of $596
